We accept returns within 14 days of order delivery. Returns must be in new condition with original tags attached. If the security tape has been tampered with this will not be accepted.

Returns in unsaleable conditions include, but are not limited to, make up stains, missing tags, sand, champagne spills and smells. These are subject to rejection upon processing. Swimwear must be returned with sanitary tags attached. 

Make sure to have your return dropped off within 14 days from receiving your order. Please use a tracked service and ensure you keep proof of postage as we cannot refund lost orders.

INSIDE THE UK:

We do not offer a free UK returns service. If you wish to use our Royal Mail returns service this method will cost you £2.50 and will be deducted from your refund. For more information visit our 'Returns' page. If you wish to exchange your items there will be no extra charge incurred

OUTSIDE THE UK:

We accept items returned to us within 28 days from the date your order was received. If you are based outside of the UK it is your responsibility to cover the total returns cost.

We only accept your return for a refund, we do not offer an exchange facility. Return items to us and reorder from website for a replacement. Items must be returned to us in an unworn and unwashed condition, deemed fit for resale with original security tags still attached
